Re: Worn coating marks on hardwood floors

Hello @littlefi

I propose using Waxstix on the surface of the hardwood floors. It will temporarily cover the damage. I also suggest installing Syneco 188 Piece Assorted Felt Floor Protection on the chair tips to prevent further damage to your timber floor. Generally speaking, I would suggest thinking about sanding the entire floor so that you'll get a uniform finish with a new sealer.

Let me call on our experienced members @Dave-1 and @AlanM52 for their recommendations.

If you need further assistance, please let us know.

Re: Worn coating marks on hardwood floors

Good morning @littlefi

The waxstix that @EricL has suggested are my first thoughts as well, plus changing up the feet covers of your chairs so less impact will happen. If you go to their Facebook page you will see a fair few videos that they have posted on how it looks when used. It does seem like an easy product to apply.
