I bought the legs from bunnings and just attached them and nothing else but it sways. How do i make it stronger? And also the bench I'm worried that too much weight in the middle will make it snap or warp so how do I prevent that too? This is one of my first builds so just learning as I go. For reference the legs are metal ones you can buy already made at bunnings.

Can you please tell us the kind of wood you used and its measurements? This information will help us recommend what additional timber pieces to use and what screws you'll need to secure both the table and chairs. As soon as you give us this information, we'll be able to make suggestions.

In addition to the detail that Eric asked for, I imagine it might be helpful for community members to see underneath the table. Could you also please flip the table over and take a shot of it?
