How to improve soundproofing of fence?

Hi everyone, I am in need of an outdoor soundproof/sound dampening product from bunnings that is lightweight and can be left outside on a 30year old (repaired) timber fence in Brisbane weather.

My neighbours have their living spaces close to our house and, with their kids, it can get very noisy with instrument use during the night and screaming throughout the day. So we would like to put it along the fence.

We also have dogs and would like their barks to be softened as well for my neighbours.

There have been several related discussions regarding this topic. I suggest having a quick look at the discussions below:

Some of the suggested solutions range from covering your fence with cement sheet. Installing a secondary fence like structure that reduces the sound from travelling into your area. Planting hedges and clumping bamboo. There is also the option of installing bistro blinds, should you happen to have a covered patio. In regards to your fence, I would reconsider hanging anything on it due to its age. It's possible that some of the palings and posts are no longer structurally stable and adding weight to the fence could compromise its stability.
