Key rack

Key rack

Using some left over wood from my side table, I bought some more pine moulding and decorative hangers from Bunnings and made a large key rack, painted using wood primer and Dulux Aquanamel in Lexicon Quarter. Wood attached with aquadhere glue (limit gap) and wood filler where needed. Hooks attached with screws. Slide compound saw used again.

Re: Key rack

Great work and excellent use of leftover timber, @Kellie79! I trust there will be no more scrambling to find lost keys. I love the black and white combo; very clean and fresh.

How long did it take you to put this project together?

Many thanks for sharing.

See something interesting? Give it the thumbs up!

Re: Key rack

I did it over a few weekends in bits and pieces (waiting for paint to dry etc), but honestly it was only probably a few hours all up.
