How to repair a cracked tile?

tried using a epoxy filler and later using nailpolish- but its not working. Please suggest

I'll jump on this bandwagon, too, @anuppandey115; you've done a fantastic job! I wouldn't expect a professional repair to look as good as that! It looks great in a photo, but I suspect the grout doesn't quite have the shine of a tile in person. If this is the case, you could add a couple of coats of clear nail polish to the grout to give it a shine.
