Side gate shed

Trying to make the best use of a dead spot, I created a shed to house all the bikes and kids outdoor toys. It saves them from going in the garage or the shed with all the tools!

Steel frame structure welded together, some colour bond sheeting with some basic hardware (gal hinges, pad bolt, dyna bolts, rivets and roofing screws).

Re: Side gate shed

Hi @Jimi,

That's a fantastic use of space there! Did you use the same principals constructing it as your DIY steel shed?

Many thanks for sharing as I trust it will inspire many members to build something similar.

Re: Side gate shed

Hi Mitchell,

Yes I built this in the same was as my main shed DIY steel shed, Steel frame dynabolted to the ground and also the side brick wall. Ensured there was enough fall for the rain, attached some door hinges, purchased some colorbond Monument sheets via special orders and the job was done.
